Top 5 Arizona Floorplans of 2022
The Graham
This beautiful single-story home is number one on many people’s lists. Its expansive floorplan leaves room enough for everyone—friends, family, and overnight guests. Great separation of space means that the primary suite lives on the opposite side of the home from the secondary bedrooms and bonus room. The Graham lives large with airy and open spaces, including a formal dining room, dedicated den or home office, and a bonus room. Transform these spaces into exactly what you’re looking for—all with views to the front and or rear of the home. Living in the Graham plan is a one-holiday gift you enjoy all year long!
The Dillon
The Dillon is a home plan that appeals to everyone. This single-story open-concept home offers homeowners a variety of options within their living spaces, including a fourth bedroom for guests, multi-generational living arrangements, or larger families. Another favorite advantage of the Dillon is the large shop (or storage area) included in the garage. This space is perfect for woodworking, recreational equipment storage, or hobbies you’d like to do outside of the main living area.
The Fitzpatrick
The Fitzpatrick is Adair’s largest single-story plan, measuring at 3120 square feet. With this footprint, you can expect the ideal separation of space, not to mention a list of customizable features perfect for the entertainer. A large chef-worthy kitchen looks into the great room, creating a central hub to the home. The primary suite and bathroom can be designed with either a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, or both! The Schaefer
Do you have a small lot, but you’re looking for a house that lives big? The Schaefer is the perfect compromise. At just over 1900 square feet, this single living floor plan isn’t huge, but it does offer the homeowner up to four bedrooms! Of course, when you’re building with Adair, customizing your floorplan is an agreeable option for everyone—so many have chosen to make the Primary Suite larger at the expense of one of the bedrooms. The classic styling of the Schaefer is comfortable and functional. Enjoy a large walk-in pantry and the utility room right off the kitchen.
The Winslow
A favorite across the board, the Winslow gives all the feels. Included standard in this plan are a three-car garage, a formal dining space, and a dedicated den. The Winslow offers homeowners the opportunity to add a covered front porch as well as a covered back patio.
