OUR GREATEST ASSETS
History with Adair
Having worked with Adair since the late 90’s, Jim has seen it all—and believes in Adair Homes. “We’ve been in business since 1969. We’re not going anywhere. I love the security of Adair Homes. I like the process and I enjoy the people; it is really a good fit for me and my personality to be able to work with people and do something that I like. This is an industry that I enjoy being in.”
It’s not unusual for his own teammates to leave notes of thanks for the hard work he does in keeping projects on-track.
“Just wanted to give a huge "shout out" to Jim Blake, as I came in this morning to an email from a customer we had in yesterday for a PreConstruction meeting. He wanted to thank Jim for such a great meeting as they left here feeling excited and confident about their build. Team work makes the Dream work!!!! Thank you for being such a great Super and I am grateful we have you here!” - Stephanie C
It’s clear Jim enjoys working with clients. He’s a people-person that also happens to have a very specific construction background and a skillset ideal for homebuilding. “I like to be able to work with the clients. I like to meet the clients and learn about them. I know that this is something that they have been planning for a long time—and to be the guy that’s been given that responsibility—well, we take that on with great motivation.”
His motivation and enthusiasm is contagious.
"Thank you Jim for always being willing to come chat with my new customers to answer any questions I cannot. Your upbeat and friendly approach is very much appreciated and instills in my customers the confidence that they are choosing the very best builder ever!!!" - Amanda W
