Mid Columbia Valley

In the early 1800‘s Lewis and Clark traveled through what would later become Kennewick, Washington, on their way westward across the Continent. The rich farmland, spring crops, and mild winters were of note—not to mention the stunning views and natural wonders of the Yakima and Columbia Rivers. Today, Yakima is home to just under 100,000 residents and a thriving agricultural community.

We'd like to think that if Lewis and Clark came West again, they'd stay right here in Yakima—and set down roots in one of our custom designed Adair Homes, fit for every lifestyle. With Adair, it's easy to customize any of our house plans. Does Lewis need a map room? No problem. And maybe Clark wants a study with built-in cabinetry for artifacts and specimens? We can do it. Bring your dreams and ideas to our Adair Homes Mid Columbia Valley office today. If we can help Lewis and Clark, we can help you, too.

First, it depends on what jurisdiction you are in. Some jurisdictions combine it all under one single-family building permit, but most have them spread out and require a building permit, electrical permit, plumbing permit, fire sprinkler permit, and right of way permit. We recommend checking with your local jurisdiction for specific requirements for your project.
