We incorporate building materials that will hold up to the harsh desert climate of excessive heat, UV exposure, and expansion/contraction. Examples include concrete tile roofs, low-E vinyl windows, post-tension slabs, 100 percent masonry/stucco exteriors, solid core doors, and more!
In general, building materials degrade quicker in the desert compared to other areas of the country. However, we use products that are suited for the harsh climate when and where we are able.
